About Cracking Candy
Our History
Cracking Candy was founded in June 2023 in Ohio with a simple goal: to create unique, high-quality crackable treats that bring joy to every customer. In October of that same year, we relocated to Ocean Springs, Mississippi, where the incredible support of our local community and fellow small businesses helped us grow faster than we ever imagined.
What began as a dream shared by just two people—Rachel and Hobie—quickly turned into something much bigger. In May 2024, we proudly opened our first brick-and-mortar location, establishing Cracking Candy as a destination for one-of-a-kind crackable sweets.
As our business has grown, so has our family. Today, CJ and Zach are proud members of the Cracking Candy team, helping us continue the tradition of creating handcrafted treats and providing exceptional customer service. While we've expanded, our mission has remained the same: to deliver the highest-quality sweets and unforgettable experiences to every customer who walks through our doors.
